কোনো ডকুমেন্ট বা ইমেজ (ছবি) ফাইল থেকে পিডিএফ বানাতে চাইলে সে ফাইলে মাউসের ডান বোতামে (রাইট) ক্লিক করে Print বোতামটি চাপুন।
প্রিন্ট ডায়ালগ বক্স চালু হলে Printer-এর তালিকা থেকে Microsoft Print to PDF নির্বাচন করে আবার Print বোতাম চাপলে কিছুক্ষণ পর সেই ডকুমেন্ট ফাইল বা ইমেজটিকে পিডিএফ বানিয়ে দেবে।
প্রিন্টারের তালিকায় যদি মাইক্রোসফট প্রিন্ট টু পিডিএফ না দেখতে পান তাহলে হয়তো এটি আপনার উইন্ডোজে নিষ্ক্রিয় করে রাখা আছে।
এটি জানতে স্টার্ট মেনু থেকে Settings-এ ক্লিক করুন। এরপর সেটিংস অংশের Devices-এ ক্লিক করুন। বাঁ দিকের তালিকার Printers & Scanners-এ ক্লিক করলে Printers-এ যুক্ত থাকা প্রিন্টারগুলো দেখা যাবে। যদি না দেখতে পান তবে একে সক্রিয় (এনাবল) করতে স্টার্ট মেনুতে গিয়ে Turn Windows features on or off লিখুন। Windows features-এ ক্লিক করে খুলুন।
এখানে উইন্ডোজের অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সেবা চালু (অন) ও বন্ধ (অফ) করে রাখা যায়। তালিকার Microsoft Print to PDF-এ টিক চিহ্ন দিয়ে ওকে করুন।
এরপর কম্পিউটার রিস্টার্ট করে নিন। এখন থেকে যে ফাইলগুলো সাধারণত প্রিন্টারে প্রিন্ট করা যায় এমন সব ফরম্যাটের ফাইল পিডিএফ ফাইল করে নিতে পারবেন।

If you do not see it, then activate it, go to the Start menu and type Turn Windows features on or off. Open by clicking on windows features.
Here are many important services for Windows to be turned on and off. Okay by ticking the Microsoft Print to PDF in the list.
Then restart the computer. From now on, files that can be printed in PDF format can be printed in the file format.
